You will be contacted approximately 60-90 days prior to your 1st requested travel date to begin the reservation process. Upon booking your getaway you will receive a completed itinerary in the mail confirming your travel date with directions and check-in times. Please note that reservation forms must be received 60-90 days in advance of your selected travel date.
